Plant Doctor support

Most things are self-serve because there's no account: purchases restore in the app, and your data exports or deletes from Settings. For everything else, email [email protected] — a person reads the inbox.

Common tasks

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Use the Restore Purchases button in the app. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to an account — so a new phone or a reinstall restores Pro the same way.

How do I export my data?

In the app: Settings → Export. Your plant collection, diagnosis history, care events, notes, and reminder schedule are stored on your device, and the export gives you a copy of all of it.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete all my data. Because your garden lives on your device and photos are deleted after each diagnosis, this removes everything — there is no server-side account to close.

How do I cancel Plant Doctor Pro?

In your App Store subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone). Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

A diagnosis looks wrong — what should I do?

First check the photos: the whole plant, the worst leaf up close, and one more angle, all sharp and well lit — the photo guide shows how. Use "Pick another" if the species ID is off. And when a case is severe or unclear, get a second opinion from a local nursery — the app will tell you the same thing.

How do I report a problem or request a feature?

Email [email protected] with what happened. If the species ID was wrong, saying what the plant actually is helps a lot.
